The holidays are about gathering with family to reconnect, strengthen bonds and share in traditional holiday foods. However, it seems that these days no one has a big enough home to host everyone (never mind that hosting your extended family is a ton of work). Think about it, when was the last time all sides of your family got together?
As the Baby Boomers start to downsize many Gen Xers don’t have homes large enough to host extended family for elaborate holiday dinners as their parents once did. But that’s fine, because you don’t need a large home to host your extended family. You also don’t need to cook or clean. Gabriel’s Restaurant can host family gatherings of all sizes (up to 150 people).
Why Choose Gabriel’s Restaurant?
We think that hosting your holiday celebration is a rare privilege, so we take things seriously here at Gabriel’s. Large groups are our specialty, but holidays need to be that little bit more magical. You’ll feel that magic from the moment you walk up past our snow-capped landscaping to be greeted by one of our dedicated waitstaff. Our exposed stone walls feel a bit like a Christmas fireplace once we’ve added our seasonal décor.
At Gabriel’s restaurant we offer an enchanting atmosphere, delicious food, and your choice between a sit-down meal and a buffet. You have our promise that we don’t skimp on food quality when we feed large groups. Instead, you’ll find a selection of gourmet dishes in either our set three-course meal options or our buffet. The set menu is flexible and there are three buffets you can choose from.
You’re not just limited to family gatherings. Get your staff together for an excellent meal under our roof, or gather with friends to play billiards and get away from the madhouse that is everyone’s home near the holidays.
Our set menu options start at $38.95. This is a three-course meal starting with a choice of two fresh salads, then a rich pasta and a final choice of four main courses. Talk to us to explore your main course offering options.
Or, if you have a group of 20 to 150 people, you may choose the buffet option instead. We have three buffet options at $20, $25 and $30 per person.
The $20 option includes Caesar salad, chicken wings, several gourmet pizzas, penne ala vodka, a shrimp cocktail platter, smoked Norwegian salmon platter, cheese platter, cheese stuffed baby portobellos and a traditional tomato bocconcini platter with sliced prosciutto.
Our middle-priced option includes all of the above but adds two enticing main courses; a veal parmesan and a chicken supreme piccata.
The $30 option may be the most appealing in your eyes as it offers everything in the second buffet plus a New Zealand rack of lamb! It’s delicious, tender, and one of the traditional Christmas entrées in Italy. If you’re hosting a large function you also have the opportunity to book our restaurant on Sunday—when we’re normally closed. However, as big group functions are our specialty, our space is booked quickly. Reach out to us today to arrange your event.
