Winter is finally coming to an end and spring is almost underway! While we enjoy some of the holidays and activities winter offers, we can’t say we’re sad to start seeing the arrival of some warmer weather and sunshine. The Gabriel salad is a mix of field greens and spinach leaves combined with traditional Quebec blue cheese and pine nuts. It is served on a bed of sliced tomato and Bermuda onion which has been tossed in our home-made pesto balsamic. This salad is one of our freshest and greenest dishes!
